How does Our Shop work?

You choose the items you would like to sell. We create your online shop for you with your branding, including images, descriptions, secure payments and shipping options. When you customers make a purchase, we manage and dispatch orders on your behalf. We process payments, manage VAT, and return the profits to you.

Do we have to be VAT registered?
You do not have to be VAT registered to partner with us. We look after customer payments, taxes and VAT. We take the hassle out of running your own online shop and that includes the VAT returns.

Is there a minimum number of items we have to sell?

We are here to make life easier for your organisation. If you want to offer customers just a single hoodie or a full range of products the choice is yours. 

What are the set-up costs?
We do not charge any set-up or subscription fees. If you have a high resolution design or logo you want to include on your products then you are good to go. If you need a design or logo vectorised or converted to an embroidery pattern there will be a nominal fee for that.
How long does it take to get set up?

Once you have chosen your products and approved your designs, it typically takes 10 days for your online shop to be ready to launch. 

How do we know what has sold?
Each month you will receve a full report detailing all sales and revenue generated. If you require specific details in the report we can work with your accountant to provide that information.
Can we order for our own team?

Of course! if you would like to kit out your own team in uniforms or for an event you can either order in bulk or we can create a shop for you to share with your team so they can choose sizes etc and we can invoice you directly for items ordered.
